My go-to is a brown rice bowl with black beans, their sofritas, (I hardly do veggies because it's often just greasy onions), salsa, lots of lettuce and guac. You can get a back of chips to eat this with or get it as a burrito.


One of my favorite ways to eat keto-friendly at Chipotle. 

Quick and easy way to eat Whole30 at Chipotle. Romaine lettuce, carnitas, fajita veggies, tomato salsa and guacamole.

It tastes great, plus I calculated the macros on their website and came up with this.
435 Calories, 7 Net Carbs, 41 Protein, 24 Fat

Salad with chicken, tomatillo-red chili salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and romaine lettuce (665 calories, 46g fat, 16g carbs, 8g fiber and 42g protein) 8 Net Carbs. Be sure to ask for additional lime juice on your salad.

Chipotle makes it pretty easy to create a keto-friendly salad bowl. Macros for the entire bowl: 590 Calories / 42g fat/ 32g protein/ 7g net carbs

This keto Chipotle bowl will give you plenty of fats and protein to keep you satiated while only eating up (no pun intended) 5g of your net carb macros. The great thing about this order is you’ll still get in your veggies thanks to guacamole and romaine lettuce. YUM!

Note: You can also order this as a salad bowl (instead of a burrito bowl), which will give you more romaine lettuce. It adds another 1g net carbs, but I think it is 100% worth it for the added fiber and nutrient boost! Here is the above fat bomb bowl as a salad bowl:

I don’t recommend getting the sofritas (marinated tofu) because each serving contains a whopping 6g net carbs!

Yes, even though it may not seem like it, you absolutely can keep your diet in check when eating at Chipotle.

Pretty easy and insanely delicious. Considering how you can have a consistently tasty meal for under $10 pretty much any reasonably sized city in the country I would say that counts as a huge win.

I input this order on their website and the current macros were as follows: Calories: 855, Total fat: 25.5g, Saturated fat: 9.5g, Carbs: 107g, Fiber: 17g, Protein: 53.5g



There's not a huge taste difference between the two rices. I've only had their pinto because I like pinto beans more than black beans but I'm sure the black beans would go fine as well.

The play is burrito bowl with DOUBLE guac.

All that cheese you skipped out on is replaced in flavor by a bit of guacamole. Chipotle makes theirs with simple avocado, salt, jalapeños, cilantro, lime and diced onions. It isn't low cal, but avocado and the other fresh ingredients make up for it with other health benefits. 

Get the cheese and sour cream on the side. Chipotle is healthy-ish (no grease!), but it's still a gut-busting volume of food. That's why you're dropping the tortilla and beans; there's only so much room in there before you burst, and you need to make sure it's all occupied by either meat or carbs.

Roughly 675 calories. Just make sure you drain the beans really well. Without the rice to soak it up, the burrito can get soggy.
